• TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED In eco-restoration study a technology has been developed for phyto assisted bioremediation by selecting indigenous plant species and isolating native hydrocarbon degrading bacteria with the financial assistance from Oil India Limited, Duliajan and first field trial has been completed where up to 85% of Total petroleum hydrocarbon reduction in oil and sludge contaminated field has been achieved.
