Born in the year 1972 at village – Bamgaon, P.O. – BiswanathChariali in the undivided Darrang district of Assam. After passing Matriculation examination from Chariali H.S. & M.P. School in the year 1987 admitted into Higher Secondary Classes in the Gauhati Commerce College.

Educational Qualification :

1. M.Com. with specialisation in Accountancy from Gauhati University in 1995.
2. L.L.B. from B.R.M. Govt. Law College in 2003.
3. P.G.D.H.R.M. from IDOL, Gauhati University in 2007.

Employment :

1. Served as Lecturer in Biswanath Commerce College from July,1996 to December,1996.
2. Worked at Treasurer’s Establishment, Gauhati University from January,1997 to July,2011.
3. Joined at IASST as Finance & Accounts Officer on 05.08.2011 and working till date.
