The Exactive Plus mass spectrometer is a stand-alone Orbitrap TM instrument with an atmospheric pressure ionization (API) source for liquid chromatography (LC) mass spectrometry (MS) for high throughput applications.

• Triple quadruple Mass Spectrometer (Thermo Scientific) equipped with ion sources ESI, APCI and APPI.
• Mass range for full scans m/z 50 – 6000

 

Specific applications of mass spectrometry include molecular weight determination (m/z 50 –6000), drug testing and discovery, food contamination detection, pesticide residue analysis,isotope ratio determination.
