Dr. Jutika Devi is currently serving as Consultant (Academic Affairs) at Institute of Advance Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati. Jutika Devi is actively involved in research and teaching physics and nanotechnology, managing academic programmes, scientific research management and project management for the last 16 years. Experienced in Teaching at University level and in Premier National Institute offering national skill qualification framework aligned programmes. She has long experiences in Indo-German multi institutional and multidisciplinary research works funded by DST, Government of India and DFG, German Research Foundation, Germany on Advanced Core/Shell Composite Materials Processing. She is recipient of DST Women Scientist-A in Engineering Technology (ET) Division and first recipient of North East in ET division. She was involved in designing 30 GHz Microwave Oven for metal powder compacts processing at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur in collaboration with Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany. Dr. Devi is a pioneer in reporting semiconductor/semiconductor core/shell nanostructure based notch filter for biomedical imaging. She has developed a prototype of a Yagi – Uda Nanoantenna for Targeted Drug Delivery application. She is having expertise in the domain of Computational Nano Physics and Electronics with skills of COMSOL Multiphysics Software, CST Microwave Studio, HFSS, MATLAB program etc.
