The ceremonial proceedings commenced with the Director of IASST, Prof. Ashis K. Mukherjee, hoisting the National Flag. Prof. Mukherjee’s inaugural address echoed with an inspiring spirit of patriotic enthusiasm, emphasizing the institution’s steadfast commitment to serving the country.
