Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati, Assam, has celebrated Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas) on November 26th, 2022 at the institute campus.
On the occasion, the honorable Director of IASST, Prof. Ashis K. Mukherjee read the Preamble of the Indian Constitution and followed by faculty, staff, and research scholars of IASST. Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Mukherjee called upon everyone at IASST, Guwahati, to uphold the core values that are the foundation for the Constitution of India in governance, functioning at the workplace, and in our day-to-day activity. The programme has given the message to create a great nation through collective efforts from all individuals.
On the occasion, a copy of the original constitution was displayed for viewing by the members of IASST. The program ended with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. D. Goswami, Registrar, IASST.
